Kevin’s experience lies in helping customers in the financial and collection industries to solve problems and grow their businesses. Kevin’s expertise lies in his customer solutions in data analytics, fraud, collections, consumer and commercial risk management.

Dave Cochrane

Dave Cochrane - Vice President

Dave is currently the Director of Operations, FCT Default Solutions. Dave’s career spans more than 20+ years in the collections and recovery industry in various senior leadership positions. Dave’s expertise lies in helping clients identify and maximize recoveries in all collection verticals with proven successes in vendor management, process improvement, and driving profitable growth for all stakeholders. Dave’s passion is motivating and managing suppliers towards achieving extraordinary results while protecting client brands and maintaining a professional reputation in the credit and collections industry. Dave’s past experience as Director of Legal recoveries and registrations with a large Canadian debt buyer combined with his current role overseeing insolvency processing and recoveries makes him an educated and engaged fit for the RMA. He brings to the board deep knowledge of the credit and collection industry and strong relationships in the market place to help grow attendance and encourage membership throughout Canada. In his downtime Dave volunteers as a trainer for the St.Thomas Minor Hockey program and enjoys; golfing, talking sports, and spending time with his wife and two boys.

Tony Pampena

Tony Pampena - 2nd Vice President

President, CBV Collections Services Ltd & FrontLine Group Inc. Tony is a seasoned Executive who has displayed an incredible passion and commitment to the receivable industry for the past 25 years. Tony’s experience falls in all areas of the Receivable Management including Operations & Business Development. Tony’s innate ability to build high-performance teams, including his strategically selected executive management staff, has served as a growth catalyst and infused productive energy into the workplace. His pragmatic management style has been his greatest strength and can be characterized as an outside the box thinker who challenges the status quo. Winning is everything. Tony has been married for 25 years and is a father of 2.

Jenn Noonan (Robb) - Secretary

Jenn Noonan (Robb) has nearly two decades of receivables and collection agency experience and serves as a Director at Kingston Data and Credit, overseeing operations and compliance for a national collection agency. She has been part of the SOC-2 Certification Team, and is also involved in strategic growth, continuity of business, compliance with both Canadian and US collection activity, training, and team building. Jenn is also an active advocate for credit education and financial fluency. She maintains her sanity by reading voraciously, being an avid camping enthusiast, and known to support several small business growth efforts.

Jason Rolfe

Jason Rolfe

Jason has been actively working in the accounts receivables management industry for the past 13 years, having worked for 2 debt buyers and 2 collection agencies. His roles have touched on various functions, including operations, sales & marketing, reporting & analytics, portfolio underwriting, and agency management.

Jason currently serves on the board for the Credit Institute of Canada, Southwestern Ontario chapter looking after communications and membership, and has previously been involved with the Receivables Management Association of Canada board and also ran numerous informational webinars for the RMA membership and assisted in the organization of the annual conference. Most recently, Jason has been working for Commercial Credit Adjusters, leading the Ontario operations for the Winnipeg based organization.

Michael Ohler

Michael is a Senior Technology Implementation Consultant and Debt Recovery Specialist.  He has been in the Credit and Collections Industry since the mid 1990’s providing debt recovery products and services to the marketplace. He has a vast array of experience and knowledge in business, sales, marketing, lending, and Creditor’s Rights Law.  Michael has a passion for sales and enjoys networking, building relationships, sourcing new work, forming strategic alliances and business development. Michael works very closely with several large Banks and Financial Institutions, as well as companies that provide debt recovery services. He attends various Credit Associations and Conferences frequently and is also on the Board of Directors for the Credit Institute of Canada, Southwest Chapter.

Jim Shaw | President, EOS Canada Inc. Jim Shaw joined EOS in 2013 as Chief Operating Officer and was tasked with its turnaround and growth. Jim brings over 29 years of experience in the Accounts Receivable Outsourcing Industry. He has extensive experience in all sectors of accounts receivable management. His long-standing interest in accounts receivable management propelled him to serve as President of the Ontario Society of Collection Agencies (O.S.C.A.), a not-for-profit group comprised of many of the top Canadian agencies and focused on education, marketing and legislative issues affecting the risk management market in Canada. Jim has extensive experience managing both first and third-party operations, serving Canadian and US clients from onshore, near-shore and offshore contact centers.

Now senior partner of one of Canada’s oldest law firms, Charness Charness and Charness LLP founded by his grandfather in 1925. The firm is proud to be a creditors rights law firm that specializes in recovering both secured and unsecured debt. Based in Quebec, the firm provides legal services right across Canada and employs lawyers licensed to practice in every province in the country.
He has experience on the boards of several institutions and currently is serving as a Member of the Board of the Shriners Hospital for Children where he is vice chair of Finance.

His method was perfected during more than 18 years of giving legal advice live on a weekly basis on Montreal’s top radio stations. He was on air legal analyst appearing live at the anchor desk of both CBC and CTV television. Jay Millson

Jayson (Jay) Millson is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Your Voice Global Technologies Inc. headquartered in the city of Barrie, Ontario, Canada.
Jay has over 26 years of experience in both debt collection and unified/multi-channel communication technologies. His experience further spans into the areas of data management and analytics, insight driven strategy and optimization, automated communication, self-service optimization, and workforce effectiveness.
Throughout his career, and within his present role, Jay has maintained his relationships within the accounts receivable industry through collection agencies, legal firms, their respective clients and industry related organizations, by developing and supporting key technologies used to communicate with consumers across the entire customer lifecycle. Jay is an active member of the CWTA {Canadian Wireless & Telecommunications Association) MCC (Mobile Content Council).

Peter Manianis

Senior Vendor Manager, Strategic Execution for 3rd Party Collections.  Passionate about collection strategy, well versed in wireless consumer, business and corporate collections.  Built current management tools including processes which have driven year-over-year best in class performance. Peter has a strong track record of engaging external partners, synergizing ideas to offer constantly new and improved solutions to an ever changing market. James Gignac

James has over 20 years of experience in the debt purchase world and specializes in vendor/client management. James has established himself as a partner with the legal/agency network and works with all clients with the same partner mentality.  James has been an active participant on various committees with the RMA – most recently the membership committee, as well has given several presentations at industry events.  Outside of work James is a proud father and is an active coach/parent helper in local sports where he gets to show his “slightly” competitive nature, while also instilling teamwork and fair play at all levels he is associated with.

Sarah Peleshok

With over two decades of industry experience, Sarah stands out as a seasoned professional, excelling as a Vendor Relationship Manager in Credit and Collections. Notably, she has dedicated over 10 years to Rogers Communications, showcasing her commitment to the organization. In her current role, Sarah is tasked with the responsibility of overseeing 17 agency vendors, managing the intricate relationship and coast to coast performance between Heritage Shaw and Rogers Communications.  Sarah continually demonstrates an innate aptitude for identifying opportunities to enhance performance and is consistently elevating KPI metrics to drive successful outcomes. Her skill set spans portfolio management, reporting analytics, and credit collections, and possesses general proficiencies in navigating the intricacies of the financial landscape. As an ambitious and goal-driven individual, Sarah adopts a proactive approach in all her professional endeavors.

John Muglia

President & CEO of Veritas Alliance Incorporated, John Muglia has 30+ years of experience in the collections industry including 20 years in Senior Management Roles. In addition to positions with national and international collection centers, John has also been involved with mid and small sized agencies, helping them to grow their company footprint. In April 2015, John purchased Veritas Alliance Corporation and rebranded the company as Veritas Alliance Incorporated (VAI). John specializes in the collection of aged debt utilizing robust process that provide first in class service to several key clients. John is an outspoken advocate for the collection industry and views standardized processes and laws across Canada, as well as ongoing training and development for the collection industry in general, as a necessity to positive collection branding in the communities we work and thrive in.

Tyler Richards

Tyler has nearly 20 years of Receivable Management experience. Tyler started his career working at CBV Collection Services as a collector, later moving on to running third-party collections strategy and analyzing potential debt purchasing opportunities. Later as VP of Operations, Tyler helped grow the 1st party/BPO arm of CBV from 0 employees to 750 over 5 years, handling major contracts in the Telecom, Government, and Oil and Gas sectors amongst others. After completing his MBA, Tyler transitioned his career to work for National Money Mart. He is now managing the end-to-end collection process, which includes the internal, collection agency and debt sale strategies.
