 NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF MEMBERS:

 Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Members of the Receivables Management Association of Canada Inc./ Association Canadienne de la Gestion de Créances Inc. will be held on June 13^th, 2014 at the Travelodge Hotel Toronto Airport, 925 Dixon Road, Toronto, Ontario M9W 1J8 at 2:30PM local time for the following purposes:

1. To receive and consider the financial statements and the report of the Treasurer and Accountant.
2. To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
3. Approval of the updated By-laws of the Association.
4. In the event a vote is required, a member is entitled to vote if they are currently entered in the membership register as a member in good standing.

Avis est par les présentes donné que l'assemblée générale annuelle des membres de l'Association Canadienne de la Gestion de Créances Inc./Receivables Management Association of Canada Inc. se tiendra à Toronto, au Travelodge Hotel Toronto Airport (925 Dixon Road), le 13 juin 2014, à 14:30 h H.N.E., aux fins suivantes:

1. Recevoir et examiner les états financiers et le rapport du trésorier et des comptables.
2. Traiter de toute autre affaire pouvant être dûment soumise à l'assemblée ou à tout ajournement de celle-ci.
3. Approbation de la mise-à-jour des règlements administratifs de l'Association.
4. Dans l’éventualité où un vote est requis, un membre est éligible pour voter s'il est dûment inscrit dans le registre des membres en tant que membre en règle.
